Here to help you find serenity in life’s storms.
Fostering Resilience.
At Ignatius Counseling, I’ve got your back with mental health support tailored for high-performing leaders, first responders, and criminal justice pros. I help you tackle the heavy stuff—like carrying everyone else’s pain, feeling worn out from giving your all, or dealing with the job’s tough calls that clash with your core. I’m trained in EMDR, a proven method to shake loose the stress and baggage holding you down, so you can get back to thriving.
My mission? To create a space where you feel heard and backed up—somewhere you can recharge and build the grit to keep crushing it, no matter what life throws your way. Ready to strengthen your resilience? Let’s make it happen together.
My Background.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate Supervised by Lorraine Saldivar, LPC-S, LCDC. I hold a deep commitment to supporting first responders, military, criminal justice professionals, leaders, and Christian Texans.

In my former role as a Counseling Intern at LCS Counseling and Consulting Agency in Fort Worth, TX, I provided individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents and adults. My clinical work included proficiency in crisis intervention techniques, intake assessments, and the formulation and execution of tailored treatment plans. I am committed to providing a nurturing and competent counseling environment while respecting the uniqueness of every client I serve.

As the Director of the Center for Alcohol and Drug Education Studies (CADES) at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI), I lead efforts to enhance behavioral health outcomes and promote criminal desistance among individuals involved in the criminal justice system, with a particular emphasis on those charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) offenses. My role involves designing educational curricula and delivering training to criminal justice professionals—such as law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors, and Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) staff—on evidence-based practices, including mental health screening, assessments, and referral processes.
